As part of the EBSOMED project, BUSINESSMED organised, from 6 to 8 May 2019 in Tunis, an advanced level training workshop for the southern Mediterranean project partners, which focused on the development and management of European projects.

The session was organised in cooperation with Welcomeurope, an independent organisation that provides training in Europe and internationally on how to set up, finance and manage European projects.

The workshop was designed around several sessions and working groups on the following topics: how to manage, report and evaluate successfully a project funded by the European Union, grant agreements, how to manage partnerships, monitor project implementation, respond to changes in partnerships, and how to report effectively on the project.

During three days, theoretical training and practical case studies helped the different teams working on the project to capitalise on the achievements and strengthen their knowledge in the field.
