ANIMA BSO Management Academy "Master Class C2. Territorial Marketing - Structuring & Promoting an Attractive Ecosystem"
In the framework of EBSOMED, ANIMA Investment Network will implement its first BSO Management Academy under the theme « Master Class C2. Territorial Marketing - Structuring & Promoting an Attractive Ecosystem » on January 21-23, 2019 in Athens, Greece.
The objectives of the Academy are:
- Designing and implementing a territorial marketing strategy
- Analysing the assets and needs of a territory to build a strategy
- Building a governance that serves strategy and legitimises territorial identity
- Marketing the territory innovation and creating value with FDI
- Building a territorial communication strategy
Candidates for the Economic Development Master Classes supported by the EBSOMED project must be executives of the economic development organisations based in the 10 beneficiary Mediterranean countries.
Applicants with a similar profile but based in another country may apply for the Master Classes. Their participation is at their own expense, depending on the availabilty for additional participants.
The development of a project from each participant during the entire C2 cycle will lead to certification. The project will involve the development of a strategy, service/tool or organisational innovation for the participant's employing organisation.

The Economic Development Masterclasses (TEDM) are training curricula opened to C-Level executives of economic development organisations based in the Mediterranean countries. They are implemented by ANIMA Investment Network in the framework of the EBSOMED project.
