In the framework of the EBSOMED project, ANIMA Investment Network associated with the Interreg Med Green Growth project and the Summit of the Mediterranean Worlds to organize on 7 and 8 February 2022 in Marseille the Business Matchmaking Forum "Solutions for boosting economic trade in the Mediterranean".

The event was structured around three sectoral workshops dedicated to the following themes: How to take advantage of the regionalisation of value chains and relocation dynamics in the Mediterranean, how to accelerate the emergence of future sectors favoured by the health crisis, and the final theme was the obstacles to trade between the countries around the Mediterranean.

In order to work on these issues, and to bring together companies from both shores, the EBSOMED event mobilised companies and economic decision-makers from the Europe-Mediterranean area during a morning of Business Networking.  After a presentation of the economic trends to come, and testimonies of business leaders operating on both shores, sectoral workshops took place to exchange on the stakes and propose solutions to reinforce this integration dynamic.

The Forum was also the occasion for the signature of a Partnership between Provence Promotion and the Centre Régional d'Investissement Souss Massa, a concrete action of cooperation between the two shores.
