In the framework of the EBSOMED project, the CAWTAR, in collaboration with European Institute of the Mediterranean, organised in Barcelona, Spain, from 27 to 29 September 2022, the Academy "Management, Coordination and Financial Administration of EC-funded Projects".

Since their creation in 2018, the EBSOMED academy tackled different subject with the idea that every new academy will build up on the capacities acquired during the previous ones.

The proposed training package was designed with the scope of providing to participants with a solid understanding of the EU projects environment and framework, and to acquaint them with knowledge immediately applicable to their project proposals. The training was an opportunity to   equip participants with all the necessary knowledge, skills, and reference sources to help them understand, tailor and effectively use the PM² Methodology for the coordination of multi-party project work. After the three-day training, the participants had between their hands the necessary tools for effective reporting and smooth communication with the Project Officers of the European Commission.
