In the framework of the EBSOMED project, ANIMA Investment Network implemented a Workshop on EU Support to Project Development under the theme “Designing and managing a cooperation project that matches your objectives” from 30 September to 2 October 2019 in Beirut, Lebanon.

This training on the management of EU cooperation projects brought together around thirty executives and managers of economic development agencies from different countries of the Mediterranean zone such as Algeria, France, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, and Tunisia.

The training took place over three days, alternating academic courses, case studies and field visits with the pedagogical team to some local organisations such as Beirut Digital District, Speed Lebanon, IM Capital, and IDAL.

With the holding of this workshop in Beirut, ANIMA wanted to affirm the contribution of the EBSOMED project to a continuous improvement of the business and investment climate as well as to sustainable and shared economic development in the region, and capacity building for local institutional and economic leaders.
