In the framework of EBSOMED, ANIMA Investment Network will implement a Workshop on EU Support to Project Development under the theme « Master Class C4. Project Development and Management - Cooperation and Fundraising », Module O. Designing and managing a cooperation project that matches your objectives, from 30 September to 2 October 2019 in Beirut, Lebanon.
The objectives of the Worshop are:
- Know how to design and implement an international cooperation project
- Know the main characteristics of international financing and monitiring
- Identify a problem and formulate a project responding to a territorial issue
- Choose an intervention strategy
- Develop a concept note for a cooperation project proposal and respond to a call for proposals
- Design and use project management and communication tools
- Build and use tools for monitoring and evaluating results and impact
- Carry out project capitalisation
The themes that will be addressed are:
- The logical framework
- Programming projects: ressources, time and sequences
- The coordinator role
- Administrative and financial management
- Support the action through communication
- Case studies, group work and role play
Candidates for the Economic Development Master Classes supported by the EBSOMED project must be Managers in charge of designing and implementing international cooperation activities within the economic development organisations based in the 10 beneficiary Mediterranean countries.
Applicants with a similar profile but based in another country may apply for the Master Classes. Their participation is at their own expense, depending on the availabilty for additional participants.
The development of a project from each participant during the entire C4 cycle will lead to certification. The project will involve the development of a strategy, service/tool or organisational innovation for the participant's employing organisation.

The Economic Development Masterclasses (TEDM) are training curricula opened to C-Level executives of economic development organisations based in the Mediterranean countries. They are implemented by ANIMA Investment Network in the framework of the EBSOMED project.
